[image] one of my most severe b/p’s ever. like i was completely dissociated the entire time, don’t remember anything from yesterday, unknowingly pissed and shit my pants, and apparently started crying in the ice cream aisle of the store

[image] i had this b/p at 3:30am last night and in the morning, my mom yelled at me and threatened to call the cops on me to have me sent to a psych unit. she was gonna do it til my grandmother talked her down. now if i have even one (1) slip-up, i’m getting the cops called (continued)

[image] well at least i can say i hit 3.5 days (half a week) b/p-free and that’s something!! this made me feel everything and then nothing in a matter of hours if that makes any sense

[image] i b/p’ed pitas, ice cream & loaded pirogies late last night because the stress of everything is too much for me to handle. i kept down 213 cals (protein shake + coffee + jello cups) earlier in the day & feel gross for b/ping AND keeping smth down in the same day

[image] i had another bad one yesterday (friday) evening. both the shower and toilet got clogged and today was spent cleaning up partially fermented puke. just how i wanted to spend my saturday. also, i forgot to take pics of round 4 oops

[image] today’s b/p. there was more pasta + a tub of parmesan cheese i didn’t take pics of. my weight is 0.8lb below my morning weight, but it doesn’t feel like i’ve done enough. however, for my own sanity, i’m done and not gonna go any further

[image] today’s morning b/p. purged & flushed til bile and was 1kg below my morning weight, then got yelled at by my mom for “being a selfish glutton.” currently shivering and shaking in bed, super physically and mentally exhausted

[image] easiest purge ever. this is how i cope with being yelled at constantly by my mother while i take care of her post-op 24/7. i had a dark red pea-sized blood clot in my purge and i have my weekly bloodwork tomorrow, oops fml bro 😭😭 at least the b/p made me feel skinnier ig
