[text] Some men don’t stop trusting God because they are weak. They stop because they obeyed Him tired, afraid, and unheard for too long. What keeps you steady when heaven feels silent?

[text] One thing I know and have come to understand is this: it is never too late for anybody.

[text] You miss parts of yourself when you start growing. Not the good parts. The hiding parts. The smaller life that kept you safe. Nobody warns you that becoming a better man can feel like grief. What have you outgrown that still calls your name?

[text] She didn’t leave because you lacked love. She left because every hard conversation felt like speaking through a locked door. Some men shut down from shame, not cruelty. A lot of men were never taught how to stay emotionally open. Were you ever safe enough to be seen?

[text] Trends change like clothes. Passion stays like your name. Don’t build your life on what gets claps today. Build it on what makes you come alive even when nobody is watching. 💛

[text] Your mind is not full because life is hard. It is full because nothing ever stops. Too many tabs. Too many voices. Too many things left open in your head. Peace starts when you finish, delete, or walk away. What do you need to let go of today?

[text] It is not good for you to become used to being loved wrongly instead of being loved the right way. It can affect you psychologically and emotionally.

[text] To my naive old self: forgive yourself for pouring your love out to the wrong people.

[text] You are not tired of life. You are tired of carrying tomorrow before it arrives. Running old conversations in your head. Expecting the worst. Trying to fix endings that haven’t happened yet. Maybe today doesn’t need more from you right now. What if you let it be?

[text] Being “the strong one” gets lonely. You stay calm for everyone else, then cry in the bathroom so nobody has to comfort you. Who do you call when you are falling apart too?

[text] You became “the reliable one” so early that people stopped seeing it as effort. To them, you are just steady. Calm. Available. But they never noticed how much of yourself it costs to stay that way every day. A Thread 🧵

[text] You didn’t stop talking about your problems because they disappeared. You just realized they tended to stick around only when you were useful to others. So you pulled back, kept things to yourself, and slowly learned to rely less on people.

[text] No one teaches you how to protect your peace. So I will. Like a friend sitting with you after you said “yes” when you meant no, or stayed too long in draining chats. You don’t owe everyone access to you. What’s been stealing your peace lately?

[text] You kept solving problems because it felt safer than saying, “I miss you too.” Some men learn too late that stability can hold a relationship together while emotional absence quietly empties it. Who taught you that being needed was the same thing as being known?

[text] Quick question: If you see your boyfriend agreeing with someone's post on X that he is at that phase where he slowly starts hating his girlfriend. As the babe what would you do?

[text] You still answer the calls. Still carry the weight. Still make sure nobody feels alone. But somewhere along the way, you forgot what it feels like to be cared for without first being useful. Do you even know who holds you when you stop performing?
