Pikku 感情的 - 「イチガチバチ宗教家」 #TENOÍ

[image] "マンハッタン計画" >The Manhattan Project "妖刀計画" >The Enchanted Blade Project This is where the Oppenheimerisms begin.

[image] Reminder: They tried to convince you these aren't father & son.

[image] In Forbes' 9th year of awarding Japanese people under 30 who are "changing the world" - Next to LE SSerafim's "Sakura" and "Lilas Ikura" (the main singer of Yoasobi), Takeru Hokazono, the author of our beloved Kagurabachi is given an award.

[image] IS IT A BATTLE SHONEN? A SHOJO ROMANCE? OR A HORROR MOVIE? IS THERE ANYTHING HE CANT DO? HE'S MASTERED NOT JUST REVENGE MANGA, BUT ART! ITS HIS FIRST SERIALIZATION, AND HE'S MASTERED ART. THE FEELS, THE WEIGHT, THE SENSUALITY. ITS OFF THE FUCKING CHARTS

[image] One of the biggest prevailing questions of Kagurabachi was: "How did Kunishige touch, let alone stabilize the Datenseki" and the answer is revealed in manner so fucking funny I feel like a turd-brained baby for not realizing it earlier.

[image] Every single EB wielder thus far has been introduced as the legend they become: "The Wielder of the Tobimune", "The Wielder of the Kumeyuri" etc. But Subaru isn't defined by his legend nor his Enchanted Blade - but his love for the craft. The needle mover of all needle movers.

[image] Hokazono's author comment for this week: "I cant stop shaking about the Dune 3 character visual. The movie this year is going to be insane, I can't wait!" I could've never guessed that he's a Dune fan.

[image] Dads and their sons ❤️

[image] VIZ did an incredible job matching the energy and vibe of the Ibuki intro text. Nothing but praise for the typesetting & the fontmatching

[image] For Kagurabachi's 3rd year anniversary I have just ONE question for you: What do YOU think is the best line in all of Kagurabachi?

[image] I can not even fathom the fact I'm looking at a Kagurabachi ANIME VISUAL but regardless: We've now reached that point. Which only means that the next time this drops, its new information. Shiba? Kunishige? The narrator? Time will tell.

[image] Kunishige's name (国重) literally means "heavy", "country" and the OG Masumi says, literally, "this kuni is too shige for him"

[image] EXCUSE ME?

[image] THIS IS THE TYPE OF STUFF THAT MAKES HOKAZONO A NOTCH ABOVE THE REST WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN 😭

[image] In-fucking sane callback

[image] With all the premieres - I've been asking around for more KB staff information! Sound Director - Eriko Kimura (木村・絵理子) Color Design - Yuko Kobari (裕子・小針) Action Director - Takahiro Watabe (渡部・尭皓)

[image] According to @shiinuchi, someone who went to the premiere, the starting monologue isn't narrated by either Chihiro or Kunishige, but a completely new 'third-person narrator'.. I wonder just how much they'll use him in the future because Kagurabachi has a LOT of narration.

[image] Society deems that men should make the first move: the ones who 'act as the shoulder to cry on'.. And I just can not express enough how much I love Kagurabachi, Hokazono, for yet again, subverting expectations. This isn't a fairytale knight in shining armor - this is human.

[image] PRINCESS? SOGA? THIS LOVE STORY IS STRAIGHT OUT OF DISNEY 😭

[image] WHAT A BEAUTIFUL FULL CIRCLE MOMENT

[image] Hokazono's new illustrations are a reference to the girlband Atarashii Gakko, their 「子ピロティ」, 'girl pile' as many fans call it

[image] Hokazono REALLY cooked with this page ma- Wait..

[image] My Hero Academia: 65 Jujutsu Kaisen: 85 Chainsaw Man: 97 Elusive Samurai: 101 Undead Unluck: 123 Blue Box: 125 Witch Watch: 166 Sakamoto Days: 167 Akanebanashi: 170 Kagurabachi: 121

[image] THIS IS WHAT I MEAN "DIVINITY AT ITS FINEST" YOU HEAR ME? WHO ELSE IS DOING IT LIKE HOKAZONO

[image] I've already made a thumbnail for this video but while working on the edit I created a masterpiece so strong I think I'll just use this as an alternative thumbnail.

[image] IF HOKAZONO CAN DRAW SUKUNA WE ARE 1 STEP AWAY FROM THE AKEMURA CROSSOVER

[image] Kagurabachi Chapter 122 Had me SCREAMING! (and you can now find out just how much!))

[image] The same way Natsuki uses loanscript to say "Kiru yuu" for "Kill you", Ibuki says "Gguh booi", 'good boy' and after, calls Shiba "ikashita boo-i", 'stylish boy'

[image] Alright: Spoilerman-Warning Man has some Overwatch to play so I'll keep things brief: more leak accounts have surfaced - these are their @'s @/Spoilerraw, @/rawbakajp, @/bakashowjp123, @/MangaaTrend Bachi's becoming bigger, so are the chances of being leaked. DON'T GET LEAKED!

[image] 「ハトが引いてる」 ー "Even the pigeon was weirded out".. Freaking out the men, women and kids around you is one thing - but Souya is so despicable that even nature itself cringes at his existence. What a fucking character.

[image] In english, it's called "and they lived happily ever after.." but I feel that the finnish version, "sen pituinen se" - one that translates to: "And that's the end of that" suits the occasion much, much better.

[image] Coincidentally I also had a feminism adjacent video script for the Chapter 123 review but due to sad circumstances: I was never capable of uploading it To have more voices of the community talking about this, sharing it feels like the appropriate time.

[image] DOES Ichi the Witch have what it takes to become a viral worldwide sensation the likes of which we've already seen?

[image] Hokazono snuck so many EB motifs to this chapter if you look hard enough. alcohol (kumeyuri) Stormy weather (cloud gouger) watermelon (subaru's blade because his name literally means 'melon field') water (enten) The fireworks could be hinting at a seperate blade entirely.

[image] The Doomsday trailer looks awes- Wait, what is that?

[image] With Hokazono, you can always tell when he's wanted to draw a panel / sequence for a long, long time. Because it just hits different. The detail, the effect, everything about it is magnified to the power of ten. This is one of those sequences.

[image] Some call it a "meme" but I view this as a classic use of future sight.

[image] Me and Robocco Vol. 28 re-creates Kagurabachi Vol 1. To many shonen manga, being parodised is yet another sign of having made it in the industry. Congratulations, Hokazono.

[video] Raws, spoilers whatever you call them will be out in ~7 hours: Apparently its a group cover, meaning there's a Kagurabachi illustration. In order to avoid ALL spoilers (yes, ALL of them) - mute all spoiler accounts and tags You deserve to experience a series this good, unspoiled

[image] A story worth a million words: in two pictures

[image] I love how we learn about the Enchanted Blade Plan, man. Hasumi's name written on the plan feels like he's still watching over every move, when in reality he's probably chopped to pieces lying unconscious in an alleyway.

[image] Study Kagurabachi With Me! (Lo-Fi Vibes, Chill Sunday, Break Week Talks & more!)

[image] I'll be making a "hot takes" Kagurabachi video for break week so hit me with your craziest takes about Kagurabachi or Hokazono and I'll more than likely feature it in a video

[image] It's parent and child day in Japan and I want to highlight that no matter how flawed you might perceive Kunishige and Chihiro's relationship to be, they have very quickly, easily become one of the most ICONIC shonen "father son" duo of the decade Both, equally INSANE characters.

[image] What do I even say man: from an editing standpoint, this video has been an absolute fucking rollercoaster. Learning, utilizing, to some degrees - mastering. Weekly. Chapter. Review. By the way.

[image] I mentioned it briefly in the video already but I never expected the Kaichi to be a scroll: because scrolls have such a specific implication in this series & of their origin. This made me lose sleep.

[image] He's already a favorite: This power, the way its drawn and the potential of it, just from context alone seems crazy. How do you even 'write' around a power like this? What CHARACTERISTICS necessitate a power like this? What is his type of MAJIK, (exa. reverser, king, sorrow, etc)

[image] Year 3 was pretty fucking crazy, huh? (Sept. 17th, 2025 - Sept 17th, 2026)

[video] TIME SPENT: 3 hours, 4 minutes and 13 seconds SONG: Chidori 「千鳥」 by YORUSHIKA FUCK AI. I WILL NEVER LET THIS FIRE GO OUT.
