AUS airport's South Terminal opened in 2017, after $12M in renovations. Just 9 years later, it's being demoed but not before the city spent $88M on an eminent domain settlement. Now ABIA is building Concourse M to temporarily fill service gaps & doesn't open until spring 2028.
