[image] I've been meaning to try this forever, and this post reminded me. I did more of a cake than a pancake, but I think I over mixed the batter. It came out custardy instead of cakey. Still good👍🏻

[image] Fresh eggs always taste better! Cooked in bacon grease. I usually use butter, but wanted to change it up. Did not disappoint! I added beef and shredded Parmesan cheese. 😋
