[image] Am I the only person who loved this band? They gatecrashed the glam party as everyone was leaving. Just one album, but I contacted Geoff Tyson who said they recorded 9 tracks for their 2nd but only finished 4 found on YouTube. Anyone else have any thoughts or info on the other 5?

[image] Thank you again @Bad_Hair_Decade for the nudge. This is THE best thing I have heard this year. Eonian resurrected a gem that blends AC/DC, LA glam n one of the top voices of the genre. Kenny McGee shoulda been a superstar. Highly recommended @TheHunterCarnes @bsmntdwllr73

[image] Hadn’t played Roughouse in forever. Born from the glam ashes of Teeze, this version of the band punches harder. The gritty sound always reminds me of early GnR (including Axl’s nasal voice). I know @6NYHC9 is on board @TheHunterCarnes @HairMtlMessiah @jay6_29

[image] Freak of Nature – Freak of Nature (1993) After White Lion, Mike Tramp didn’t try to make another Pride or Big Game. He went darker, heavier and much more personal, with that deep, rough vocal style that simply didn’t fit the old White Lion formula. And honestly, it aged great🤘

[image] Bob Kulick was the secret weapon behind so many artists Yet he never got nearly enough credit. He even had his own hair-metal project, Skull, whose No Bones About It is so criminally underrated that it feels like nobody heard it. And it’s fucking great. 🤘

[image] I love collector’s treats like this UK vinyl edition of Mötley Crüe’s “Primal Scream”. A beautiful gatefold sleeve AND a huge backpatch! Because apparently owning the record isn’t enough -you need to wear the damn thing too One of their best songs, in one hell of a cool edition.

[image] Britny Fox – Boys in Heat (1989). Sleazy riffs, raspy vocals and peak hair-metal excess. “Hair of the Dog” is a highlight, but the real curiosity is that infamous cover: the band reportedly hated it, and it wasn’t even their original concept. Glam metal, unintentionally hilarious

[image] Stage Dolls’ international debut delivers the goods with “Lorraine” and “Love Cries.” Killer hooks, pure ’80s AOR. Visually, though, they look like Norwegian lads forcibly drafted into hair metal, sporting puffy, hairspray-soaked hair and the discomfort of NewYorkDolls wannabes😂
