[image] imagining a disgusting exuberant post grad lifestyle for myself where i live in my own beautifully decorated flat in the city, have a consistent routine at the gym and cook my favourite nourishing meals every day in my own kitchen

[image] pre-race day rituals include lots of carbs, foam rolling, early night, legs up the wall, electrolytes, going for a short walk, and a square of dark chocolate with himalayan sea salt
