[image] my mum requested a sponge birthday cake with cardamom &amp; pecans, so this is a cardamom vanilla sponge, with vanilla bean cardamom cream &amp; raspberry compote, topped with pecans

[image] dragonball cookies shaping the cookies while hot to as much of a sphere shape as i could, and adding icing and stars (i could only find gold ones) i thought it would be difficult to draw so many tiny stars, also i wish the icing was thicker and neater but its ok for a first try

[image] peach pie i used canned peaches today because i wanted to practice shortcust pastry, ill put the recipe below also, i ran out of eggs so i couldn’t get as golden or a crust as i wanted with egg wash, i brushed butter on
