[image] My *base* case for a $KEEL deal at Moses Lake is that it be a 10 year $263 million contract that includes a 3% escalator and is based on 14mw of critical IT. That would work out to around $137 kw/mo in year 1, and $178 kw/mo by year 10. 😀🚀💰🙏☘️ 👉

[image] I'm 100% convinced that $KEEL is uniquely positioned to be a model citizen in Pennsylvania when it comes to responsible #HPC #AI data center development. We'll dig deeper tomorrow, but this needs to be said today... 👉

[image] I'm truly encouraged and optimistic about the naming of a new President at $KEEL while at the same time noticing that a sizable number of $KEEL shareholders are neutral (at best) about additional management layers and are demanding a deal. 😃 👉
