Warhammer 40,000

[image] John Blanche’s artwork is what first attracted me to Warhammer 40,000. The man was nothing short of brilliant, and I’m sorry to hear he passed. Rest in peace, Mr. Blanche. 😞

[image] GM Folks! Finally finished up New Grimaldus' retinue after having him since launch. Chucked in the OG mad man himself as well as it's the only model I have left from when I used to play in college 16 or so years ago. Hope everyone has a great day!

[image] GM folks! Back at work after an extended Easter weekend. I got all my painted Templars out. Happy with where I'm at and how it's progressing. I really need to paint the tanks I have though 😂 hope everyone has a great day!

[image] I’m glad to see the glorious return of the MK VII helmet. Although I was already putting those on my Blood Angels. 😅 I really need to get around to painting these guys already. I just hope that “Intercessor Squads” get turned into proper Tactical Squads in 11th edition with a

[image] Meh, moving sucks. I’m at the point where I’m not worried about organizing things correctly. Just getting them on shelves asap so I can get a bunch of boxes out of the way already.

[image] Finished my Deathwing Knights a few days ago. It certainly took a while. #warhammer40k

[image] たった今、完成したよ。塗るのが楽しいモデルだった。

[image] Azrael,supreme grand master.

[image] テックマリーン！

[image] This… is… AMAZING!!!! 😳 @Vic_Minis

[text] One of my favorite things about the 40K hobby is you can find a 40K fan that you’ve never seen before in your life and immediately strike up a conversation like you’re lifelong friends. 😅

[image] Dark Angels Inceptor Back of my Gravis loving ways. I also love the Inceptor helm. #warhammercommunity #darkangels

[text] THE SILENT KING IS DEAD! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! 😂 😂 😂 😂

[image] THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU, @Vic_Minis!!! 🎵 There's forty shillings on the drum For those who volunteer to come To 'list and fight the foe today Over the hills and far away! 🎵

[image] And it gets even better! 😁

[image] Azrael's back banner.

[image] スターンガードベテランをペイントしたよ。

[image] レフテナント・コンビウェポン装備！ スネーク！　スネーク！！

[image] スターンガードベテラン・サージェント！

[image] I think I figured out a good setup for photographing finished models. Azrael -- Supreme Grand Master of the Dark Angels -- here is the first attempt with this new method. "Final Product" vs. "How It Started"

[image] A little bit of freehand to make Azrael's base snazzier.

[image] スカウトスカッド！

[image] Azrael's helmeted and unhelmeted head options painted.

[image] Painted Dominion Zephon of the Blood Angels for some Horus Heresy and 40k games. Tried painting a marble shoulder pauldron with some gloss varnish. Turned out well!

[image] BEAUTIFUL 2nd edition Blood Angels army I saw on Facebook. I hope to have a fully painted Primaris Blood Angels army that that has a retro 2nd edition paint scheme just like this some day.

[image] Time to go on a crusade! …against GW for my fucked up codex cover. 😑

[image] 1,000ポイント戦！ 負けたよ！

[image] I should really post here more often. This is a recap of this month’s painting. Some terminators, some blade guard, and some more terminators. 😀

[image] I finished my Azrael for a painting contest. I made it past round 1 and 2, but unfortunately, I don't think I'm gonna win. I've seen the other competitors. #warhammer40k #ウォーハンマー

[image] A redo of my old CSM warlord, Renak Krall, of the Heralds of Darkness.

[video] Sharing my tale of woe with Mordian Glory back in the day. 😂 I was flipping through my old videos and found this gem, so I thought I’d share it again. 🤣

[image] Finished my Ravenwing Outrider Squad. I tried to simplify the process a bit to make painting them go by quicker. #Warhammer #ウォーハンマー

[image] A little bit more progress from a few days ago.

[image] I feel like this is relatable here

[image] The magnetized, detachable Watcher in the Dark has its own mini-base to put grass and leaves on. The idea is that Watchers are like Calibanite "fae folk" so I wanted a way to make them look like they don't quite belong on the cold, sterile stonework covering most of the base.

[image] Progress on my Azrael from about a week or so ago.

[image] Dark Angels Ravenwing Infiltrator Sergeant My first time doing blonde hair and a lighter skin tone and I think it went well. #warhammer40k #darkangels

[image] The completed version of Azrael's base. The winged sword has one wing up to leave empty space for where Azrael stands once glued on. The grass & leaves represent the greenery of long dead Caliban. On the rim is freehand text of one of Azrael's titles. #warhammer40k

[image] Dark Angels Watcher in the Dark My chud son #warhammer40k #darkangels

[image] My custom Imperial Fists Champion For those curious, the base model is a heavy intercessor, the power fist is from a gravis captain, the tabard is from a primaris lieutenant and the scanner is from a desolation marine. #warhammer40k #imperialfists
