[text] Guys please dont judge kase di ko naman expect to. I had syphillis last year and since Plhiv ako, -and yes oo tanga kung tanga, pero nagkaroon ako nun. Had 3 injections of penicillin pero after 6 mos 1:32 padin po. Natatakot nako and di ko alam ano gagawin ko. Already informed

[text] JUST IN! 2026 HIV bloodwork results: CD4: 1251 Viral load: undetectable The CD4 is 100 points lower this year than last year’s, but still above 1k since 2013. Undetectable for X years now. Thank you science and self discipline. Need more discipline to be healthier.

[image] Another good news 🥹. Just got my CD4 results. From 368 in 2024 to 816 in 2026, improved by 55% in 1 and a half year. Take your ARV regularly and just trust the process ❤️

[text] Gusto ko makakilala ng new person na maging tropa or if I have the luck and chance maging jowa. Pero takot ako kasi - plhiv - pwd due vision problem - not stable dahil hindi makapag work - walang ipon - wala ipagmamalaki - trauma sa last relationships and talking stage

[image] This is such an uninformed take. If that were true, my ex wouldn’t have built a successful nursing career in the UK after his HIV diagnosis here before moving there. Sadly, some of the worst HIV stigma comes from within the LGBT community.

[image] From 633 CD4 to 646 CD4. hind man ganun tumaas at least hindi sya bumama kahit na puro sakit these pas few months. Other lab results are also normal. Thank you Lord ☝️.
